Job Description

At Holland Law Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled associate attorney to join our legal debt defense practice group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of documents. They will also have an enthusiastic attitude, demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and under tight timelines, with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks. They will also be dedicated to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial, and engaging environment. A JD and membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing, are required. Previous litigation experience is preferred but not necessary.

Our ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have the ability to work in Orange, Duval, or Broward County, FL. The full support and resources of the main office will be available to the attorney, including an in-house IT department, cloud-based client management software, support staff, and any required equipment and supplies.
