About the Role:

As a Maintenance Worker - Facilities, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's physical facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, dorms, and common areas.
- Sweep, vacuum, scrub, mop, wax, polish, and buff floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform repairs, painting, and other tasks to maintain the organization's physical facilities.
- Load, unload, and carry furniture and supplies as needed.
- Clean exterior grounds, sidewalks, and dumpster.
- Fulfill courier/messenger tasks in addition to maintenance tasks.
