Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall performance of projects and teams
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Develop and estimate project budgets
  • Coordinate with the superintendent to prepare and maintain project schedules
  • Comprehend and manage owner contracts effectively
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating with stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, including:
    • Project Buy Out and Subcontracts
    • Change Orders
    • Budget Adjustments
    • Owner Statements of Value & Billings
    • Monthly Project Status Reports
  • Facilitate project coordination and communication
  • Support and manage the project superintendent
  • Ensure adherence to job site safety protocols
  • Lead all project-related meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Assist in reviewing all Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
    • Support subcontractor insurance compliance
  • Oversee the development and training of all project staff

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Sage 300, Procore, or similar construction management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe
