We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in one of our partner schools in Loveland, CO. This position will involve working with students in a middle school and high school setting.
Responsibilities- Evaluate student speech-language abilities to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to identify strengths and concerns in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
- Stay current with professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to inform practice decisions
- Develop a learning environment that is effective and efficient, with strategies for process management, instructional groups, and transition materials
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
- Collaborate with instructional staff to develop treatment plans that are strength-based and child-centered
- Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Support teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- School Speech-Language Pathologist license (CDE)
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
