Endodontic Associate Opportunity

Wisconsin Endodontic Group, a leading endodontic practice in Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a full-time Endodontic Associate to join their team. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the practice's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lead Partner Doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a positive office culture, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Provide training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Market to new and existing referrals, promoting the practice's services and expertise.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients' teeth, administering anesthetics and performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in endodontics.
Requirements
  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
