Job SummaryWe are currently seeking Full-time or Per-Diem Registered Nurses in Palm Beach county. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits, providing wound care, injections, and IV infusions as needed.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of our patients.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician and educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies.
- Provide effective communication to patients, family members, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing.
- Current state license as an RN.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
