Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisory Nurse to lead our Occupational Medicine Section. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and implementing programs to promote employee health and safety.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement occupational health programs to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare services
- Conduct health education programs to promote employee health and wellness
- Investigate and respond to communicable disease outbreaks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse
- Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health nursing
- Experience in supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
