Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Platform Sustainment project engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of processes to support the implementation of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS).

  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of processes for investigating, analyzing, identifying, and recording DPAS data fields into a database.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex engineering problems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with six or more years of experience.
  • A thorough understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
