Team Introduction
The Assurance Services teams, with their industry-specific focus, provide high-quality audits and related services to both publicly traded and privately held middle-market enterprises, non-profit organizations, and governmental bodies. Our offerings encompass internal audits, employee benefit plan audits, outsourced accounting, compliance assessments, and sustainability audits.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Partners to define client engagement strategies, including risk assessments, audit planning, and the review and approval of internal audit reports.
- Supervise external audit engagements to ensure that demanding client deadlines are met while providing thorough analyses of findings.
- Work closely with Managers to coordinate all analytical, technical, and research tasks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Audit Managers, Seniors, and Staff.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy that includes networking, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing client relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Previous experience in a public accounting environment is preferred.
- CPA certification is required.
- At least 4 years of supervisory and training experience is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Strong market-facing skills are essential for developing new business and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and marketing skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential.
