Job Title: ICU Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the ICU setting.

Job Summary:

The ICU Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in an acute care ICU setting
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
