Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and services, operational hours, room configurations, bed types, decor, locations, and features; understanding room availability, restricted dates, pricing options, packages, promotions, and scheduled events.
• Facilitating special requests within the reservation system.
• Confirming all reservation details with callers to ensure precision.
