We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Service and Sales
  • Take and process orders for drinks, mixers, and garnishes, adhering to standard recipes and portion control.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Detect and respond to guest inebriation, escalating to management or security as needed.
• Bar Operations
  • Set up and stock bars, requisitioning and storing beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages.
  • Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
  • Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment, and perform closing duties at the end of shift.
• Teamwork and Communication
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members to address guest needs and concerns.

• Experience and Skills
  • At least six months of experience bartending in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS systems.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Education and Training
  • Bartending school or equivalent training preferred.
• Availability and Flexibility
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
