A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams in El Paso, TX.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
This is a part-time position, working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). The schedule offers flexibility, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough and accurate medical assessments of Veterans, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- To complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in a timely and efficient manner, using computer-based systems.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements.
- To communicate effectively with Veterans, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise information and advice.
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an ASHA-accredited institution.
- A current license as an Audiologist, issued by the relevant state authority.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
