Clinical Educator

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team at EHR Encore Health Resource. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise to educate end-users on a new product in hospital pharmacy facilities.
This is a per-diem position, requiring travel regionally and nationally to support customer needs while having the flexibility to work with your current schedule. On average, there are 1-2 assignments per month, ranging from 3-5 days long per assignment.
As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for providing education and consultation in support of end-user education needs. You will utilize your clinical expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device, assess customer-specific education needs, and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments
Requirements include:
- RN Degree - Associates required, Bachelor's preferred
- Active and Unrestricted RN license required
- Oncology experience of at least 2 years highly preferred. A minimum of 2 years critical care experience will be considered in place of Oncology experience
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
- Must be available at least two weeks per month for assignments
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneeling and some lifting of equipment may be required of up to 50 pounds
- An active and unrestricted Driver's license and a personal vehicle for commuting to assignments within 3 hours of home are both required
- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of up-to-date vaccination status, required

The potential base pay range for this role is $38.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
