  2. Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and leadership to junior electricians, collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure project success.
  3. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently, conducting thorough inspections to identify and address problems.
  4. Safety Protocols: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites, conducting safety assessments and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Blueprints and Documentation: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, assisting in maintaining accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid Electrical License: Possess a valid electrical license.
  2. Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as an electrical craftsman.
  3. Electrical Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Communication and Leadership: Demonstrate effective communication and leadership abilities.

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Electrical License: Possess a valid electrical license (or equivalent experience).
  • OSHA10 Certification: Hold an OSHA10 certification (preferred).
