Customer Support Role at Kelly Services, Inc.
As a Customer Support Associate at Kelly Services, Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and service satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include treating each customer with individual attention, processing all customer inquiries, building and maintaining rapport with customers, identifying customer product and/or service needs, and interacting with customers to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and facilitate purchases. You will also identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
