Job Summary
Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled General Pediatric Epileptologist to join our rapidly growing pediatric specialty team in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pediatric epilepsy patients and general neurology patients as part of a pediatric neurology practice.
- Partner closely with a dedicated Pediatric Brain and Spine Neurosurgeon, providing coverage for the pediatric EMU and participating in pediatric epilepsy surgical work-ups.
- Rotate coverage for the pediatric inpatient floor, PICU, NICU, and pediatric emergency department for one-week rotations with 4 other neurologists.
- Participate in EEG reading for the outpatient pediatric EEG lab and the hospital system.
Leadership Duties
- Create and sustain an aligned clinic culture.
- Reduce unwarranted clinical variation.
- Develop and implement financial plans.
- Oversight of day-to-day clinic operations.
- Drive strategic change.
Requirements
- Board certification in Pediatric Neurology.
- Experience in pediatric epilepsy and general neurology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
