Role ResponsibilitiesAs an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by offering companionship and assisting with personal care needs. Your work will directly impact the well-being of seniors in their residences, utilizing diverse approaches to promote their physical, mental, and social health.
Compensation and Schedule- Hourly wages ranging from $16 to $19 based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
- Positions available for part-time and casual (PRN) work
- This role is ideal for those seeking supplemental income or who have daytime obligations
- Typical shifts last between 3 to 4 hours
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not mandatory
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance is highly desirable
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
