Position Summary:

The Synthetic Sling Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for operating the roundsling machinery and contributing to the production and maintenance of synthetic lifting slings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and repair synthetic slings and related assemblies.
• Effectively operate the roundsling machine.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to coordinate order fulfillment.
• Uphold a safe working environment and ensure that all products meet BLP's stringent quality standards.
• Submit test samples of completed items to the Production Manager as necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines safely and efficiently.
• Capable of standing, lifting, and carrying weights up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background investigation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
