Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse. As a Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other necessary treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN
- Previous home health care experience is preferred but not required
