About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care and services within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inquiries from regulatory agencies and external stakeholders during audits and reviews.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Analyze and monitor performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and address areas of non-compliance, and facilitate the integration of standards into work processes and systems.
  • Measure the impact of improvement initiatives and ensure that improvement activities are documented and reported within the organization and externally as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the facility is located.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct work experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA regulations and infection control standards.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills, patience, and natural empathy.
  • Ability to work without direct, immediate supervision in performing nursing assessments and providing appropriate treatment utilizing approved protocols.
