Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage emergency and referral cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with our veterinarians and staff to provide comprehensive patient care, including hospitalization, surgery, and medication management.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of medical conditions in small companion animals.
  • Provide wound care, including local and general anesthesia, as needed.
  • Monitor in-hospital patients to maintain their health and well-being.
  • Offer educational advice to pet owners to promote preventative care and ensure the best possible outcomes for their pets.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university.
  • Current DEA license or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Active veterinary state license.
