This is a full-time and part-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and customer service. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting and preparing fish for our revolving sushi bar
• Ensuring accurate portioning and presentation of dishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
