Job Title:

Glass and Metal Technician

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Glass Restoration Technician. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of glass and metal restoration and contribute to improving the appearance and clarity of windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform glass restoration to enhance the aesthetic appeal and clarity of windows and doors
  • Participate in ongoing training with opportunities for professional growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Detail-oriented and able to take pride in workmanship
  • Able to complete comprehensive training course
  • Courteous and professional demeanor essential
  • Willingsness to work at heights on ladders and scaffolding
  • Reliable transportation necessary
  • Able to work and travel to locations in Palm Beach, Martin, Broward & Dade counties
  • Ability to operate power tools
  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Complete technical and safety training
  • Pass a thorough background check
  • Eligible to work within the United States of America
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-speed polishers and buffers
  • Automotive and boat detailing skills desirable
  • Window cleaning experience preferred
Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
