Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a hospital setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
