Your expertise will be instrumental in training new team members and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty. Your extensive product knowledge and customer service skills will leave a lasting impression. Step up when necessary to provide leadership support and manage store operations in the absence of your Manager.

Understand the store's sales strategy and assist in driving sales by enhancing key performance indicators: Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).

Maintain visual standards across your designated sales floor zone. You will also assist in the store's opening and closing procedures.

Handle transactions at the register, process sales, and utilize your fandom knowledge to promote additional sales. You will be responsible for closing out the register and reporting any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Participate in planogram adjustments, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising strategies.

Communicate effectively with management and relevant HQ partners regarding fashion and music trends. Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure the security of merchandise.

Assist in maintaining the stockroom's organization and the overall tidiness of the store.

Provide training and mentorship to new Sales Associates to help them integrate smoothly into the team.

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred. If you have a passion for music and pop culture, this is the ideal environment for you.

Exceptional customer service and sales skills are essential.

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Strong collaboration and communication abilities, along with effective leadership skills, are necessary.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach for merchandise using ladders and step stools, and lift boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.
