Lobby Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lobby Attendant to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all clients, recruits, customers, and employees. Your primary goal will be to assist visitors and patients in finding their way around the hospital, coordinate transportation, and act as a liaison to the hospital staff.

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests in all guest service matters, including concierge requests.
• Escort high-touch clients to their meeting destinations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times.
• Provide a professional, efficient arrival and departure experience for guests, creating a memorable visit.
• Act as the first point of contact for all activities and emergencies in the lobby, remaining alert at all times.
• Review and complete checklists throughout the day, checking with the manager for additional assignments.

• Experience in a client service or reception position.
• Phone and computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Able to navigate to/from various locations throughout the facility.
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Physical ability to withstand frequent to prolonged walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and transferring patients.

Some exposure to elevated degrees of high heat, noise, dust, dirt, and/or areas requiring infection control. Requires meeting deadlines for completion of work on a daily basis. Must be able to work all hours, including weekends and nights, as necessary, in order to maintain the facility at the appropriate and safe level.
