Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide support and therapy services to students in Marion, IN.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and an Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervising SLP in conducting speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Implement treatment plans and therapy activities tailored to each student's needs.
  • Document student progress and communicate updates to the supervising SLP.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging environment to encourage student success.

Requirements:

  • Valid SLPA license in Indiana.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
