Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Paint Process Engineer to become a vital part of our energetic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, execution, and enhancement of paint processes to guarantee the utmost quality and efficiency in our manufacturing lines.

Engaging with cutting-edge machinery and robotics, you will champion continuous improvement and operational excellence in our procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine paint processes for optimal quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to convert product specifications into process parameters
  • Perform root cause analysis for process challenges and enact corrective measures
  • Work alongside ABB Robotics to improve automated painting solutions
  • Propel continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen
  • Offer technical guidance and training to team members
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
  • Conduct process audits and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in paint processing technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, particularly in paint processes
  • Expertise with ABB Robotics and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations within the paint sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD applications
