The Server - Cafe Zinc is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Receive and deliver food and beverage orders, collecting payment and handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet guest expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations to guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
