Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Fairfield Cycle Center, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Process orders for shipment in a timely manner, based on the timeline in the shipping policy.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager to track accuracy levels for all departments.
Requirements:
  • 3 years progressive experience with retail sales and inventory management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, and General Merchandise is a plus.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and learn new Harley-Davidson products.
  • Experience with computers necessary. Ability to learn new software and systems must be demonstrated.
