Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals, including meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including counting bank, maintaining end-of-shift paperwork, and closing procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months cash handling experience required.
  • Certifications: Alcohol & tobacco awareness card required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a retail environment, which may be hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit, or illuminated. May entail use of computer equipment, copy machine, calculator, telephone, and cash register. Constant contact with staff and customers.

Physical and Mental Demands

Essential job functions require seldom bending over and reaching overhead from floor level to 6ft., pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying 10 lbs. or less, firm/strong grasping with both hands; occasional walking and light grasping with both hands; frequent standing and repetitive use of both hands, visual accommodation. Normal vision range and absence of color blindness. Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols, perform simple tasks, reading and math skills, follow instructions, and use independent judgment.
