We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Five Points Dialysis-TX Clinic. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
