Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at Network Health Plan (Wisconsin). As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of integrity within our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, and/or compliance. They will also possess 5+ years of leadership experience, including directing teams in planning, launching, and managing cross-department projects. Additionally, they must have certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) or be willing to obtain it within 24 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate corporate privacy and compliance programs.
  • Nurture a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to develop compliant Business Associate Agreements.
  • Oversee and advise on anticipated regulatory changes and potential impacts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
