Ambulance Service HR Specialist

Job Description

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting the effective delivery of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing high-quality support to teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assists with the development and implementation of new hire training programs
  2. Coordinates training schedules and logistics
  3. Supports the Training Department in the creation of training materials and resources

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in human resources and training
  • Prior experience in the EMS field as an EMT or Paramedic preferred but not required

Salary Range

$59,000 - $69,000 per year
