- Contribute to the development of documentation and educational content to support our users.
- Triage and debug product or system issues to ensure that our solutions are reliable and performant.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in an academic or industry setting.
- 2 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality, and code health.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis, and resolution, and software test engineering.
The base salary range for this position is $136,000-$200,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
