Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training, developing, and directing team members to achieve sales and labor goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention.
  • Balance, verify, and maintain store funds, and ensure cash tills are kept low.
  • Assist in achieving sales and labor goals, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
