What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a Physical Therapy state license (or in process). They will be dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care to each of their patients and will be passionate about making a positive impact in their local community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deliver Personalized Plans of Care: Our Physical Therapist will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for their patients, including a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
  • Objectively Measure Patient Outcomes: Our Physical Therapist will use cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes and track progress.
  • Efficiently Document Evaluations and Treatments: Our Physical Therapist will efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
