Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Provide medical care in patients' homes, requiring frequent travel to multiple locations.
- Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
Requirements:
- One year of experience as a RN, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience.
- Current RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Valid auto insurance.
