Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients to improve or restore function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients based on departmental standards
  • Conduct and modify evaluations to establish individualized goals for each patient
  • Treat patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain and attain established goals
  • Document patient progress and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S.
  • Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs
