Key Responsibilities- Perform manual labor tasks on the production line, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
- Read and use tape measures, blueprints, and orders to ensure accurate production.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing desired but not required.
The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
