">We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in our long term care facility. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and provide care that meets the physical and psychosocial needs of our residents.

- Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered">

- Counsel residents, family members and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans">
Requirements

- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse">
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges">
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications">
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility">
Compensation
">The salary range for this position is $28.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a $1.25/hour weekend differential. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a generous time off package.
