Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to a student in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to the student, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and gastrostomy tube feedings.
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed, including seizure medications and rescue medications.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration.
- Ride the bus with the patient to and from school, as needed.
