Registered Nurse: Weekend Shift

Job Summary:
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program (PRTF) for adolescent females and males at our West Chester, PA location. Our programs provide clinical treatment, educational instruction, and behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges and disorders.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program (PRTF)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $36 - $41
$3,000 Sign On Bonus (for external applicants only)
$1,000 at 90 days (3 months)
$1,000 at 180 days (6 months)
$1,000 at 1 year
Comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, first aid, and cultural competencies

Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma, or A.D.
Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
One year of post-education nursing experience preferred
Experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions
Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines
Valid driver's license must be maintained
