**Job Summary**

Insight Global is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings to help design and build products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet their specifications.

• Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to prepare technical drawings.

• Develop and maintain a library of standard drawing templates.

• Ensure that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.

• Prepare related technical documents, including material lists and cost estimates.

• Update existing drawings as new information becomes available.

**Requirements:**

• 5-10+ years of experience with AutoCAD.

• Solidworks, Revit, or equivalent tool experience.

• Electrical & Mechanical aptitude, including cable management, product diagrams drawings, electrical wiring, etc.

• Ability to work onsite M-F from 8:30-5:30.

**Nice to Have:**

• General arrangement drawings experience.

• Marine and shipyard experience.
