About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers to ensure high standards in food presentation and quality.
  • Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
  • Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of related work experience in culinary positions.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
