This travel nursing job requires a skilled and dedicated professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care by connecting patients to machines that measure vital signs and interpreting data to inform treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic bedside care, including monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients.
- Read and interpret electronic displays to identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
- Initiate corrective action when information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires standing and walking for long periods, bending, leaning, and stooping without difficulty, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements and Qualifications- ACLS and BLS certification
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
