Job Summary

Beltway Companies, the largest commercial truck dealership in Maryland, seeks a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and/or overhauling medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks with diesel engines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and lubricate vehicles
  • Perform repairs on cab, frame, front axle, steering gear, and springs
  • Work on brake systems, clutch, transmission, and differential
  • Repair engines, including tune-ups, electrical inspections, and overhauls
  • Perform trailer repairs and maintain tool room
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of related experience
  • Mechanical knowledge of diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles
