We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Health and Wellness to lead our health and wellness initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives that promote employee well-being and align with our strategic goals.

Job Description:

The Director of Health and Wellness will oversee the development and administration of our health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental, life, AD&D, disability, absence management, FSA, and defined contribution programs. This role will also design and implement wellness programs that foster a culture of health, improve employee engagement, and address organizational well-being goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental, life, AD&D, disability, absence management, FSA, and defined contribution programs.
  • Design and implement wellness programs that promote employee well-being and align with our strategic goals.
  • Evaluate benefit and wellness offerings to ensure competitiveness, value, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on health and wellness program design and administration.
  • Experience implementing and administering benefits programs in Workday.
  • Expertise in multi-state benefit regulatory requirements, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The majority (90%) of work is conducted indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities. Ability to travel monthly or quarterly may be required based on business needs.
