Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in the Perinatal unit.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in the Perinatal specialty or related field.
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact.
  • Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM).
  • Current ACLS and NRP certification.
Work Schedule

7AM - 7PM, Per Diem As Needed.
